This is a slightly breezy day, winds around 40 mph.
A windy day here sees winds between 60 and 70 mph. The entire sky turns orange. With all our sand, it's like walking through a sandblaster. Super helpful for skin exfoliation but troubling for soil erosion and infant crops.
After determining our cover crop wasn't going to be sufficient this winter, it was time to break out the lister.
